At 30+mph with the included 6-cell NiMH battery, E-Revo VXL is
nearly twice as fast as most mini models, and faster than most
electric RTR trucks of any scale. Install a second 6-cell battery to
unleash the Velineon Brushless Power System's full fury, and E-Revo
VXL jumps to over 50mph—all with proven-safe NiMH packs. No other

and built specifically for Traxxas 1/16 scale models, the
VXL-3m speed control and Velineon® 380 motor represent the latest in
brushless technology. Fully LiPo compatible with low-voltage
detection for 2S and 3S packs and rated for 6-12 NiMH cells, this
potent, powerful combo gives E-Revo VXL precise throttle control and
blistering top speed. Patent-pending Training Mode™ lets new drivers
hone their skills at 50% throttle. When drivers' ed is through, full
power and 50+mph is unleashed with a touch of the EZ-Set® button.
Big speed requires big horsepower, so E-Revo VXL and Slash 4WD VXL
carry the largest motor in the "mini" category. The Velineon 380 is
built to the same no-compromise specs as the Velineon 3500 found in

patent-pending sealed receiver box houses Traxxas' newest 4-channel
micro receiver and can accept aftermarket receivers as well, without
compromising the 1/16 VXL models' waterproof properties. The new
VXL-3m electronic speed control and high-torque, digital micro servo

1/16 E-Revo VXL is fully assembled with TQ radio system, Velineon

with Titan® 380 brushed-motor power! All the features of the 1/16
VXL E-Revo are built into the brushed version,
including waterproof electronics, full ball bearings,
brushless-ready transmission, oil-filled shocks—the works. The only
difference is the power system, which features the new Titan 380
motor and XL-2.5 Electronic Speed Control. Designed and engineered
by Traxxas, the XL-2.5 is packed with impressive specifications that
are normally only found on more expensive high-end replacement
units. The XL-2.5 features a completely waterproof design, three
throttle profiles, Thermal Shutdown Protection, 6-8 cell NiMH
compatibility and built-in BEC. High frequency operation combined
with ultra-low resistance make the XL-2.5 an efficient and
ultra-smooth fully proportional speed control. An exclusive feature
on the XL-2.5 is the patent pending Training Mode™. This profile
reduces the overall power output of the XL-2.5 by 50%, making it
easier for young or new drivers to develop their control skills
before unleashing full-power operation. 1/16 E-Revo's Titan 380
motor packs a high-torque punch with low-friction oilite bushings

Electronic Speed Control for smooth starts and precise
control, without the need for additional sensors and wiring.
Since there are no brushes or commutator to cause friction
and wear, Velineon brushless power is always fast, run after

Velineon VXL-3s forward/reverse electronic speed control
simplifies brushless technology with easy operation that
gives you all the control you need for maximum fun. Quickly
choose from 3 drive profiles in exactly the same manner as
other Traxxas electronic speed controls (such as the XL-5).
Profiles include: Sport, Race, and Training Mode (patent
pending). Training Mode™ limits full-throttle power to 50%
allowing young or new drivers to safely develop their
control skills before unleashing the full-throttle
capability of the Velineon system. Bandit VXL’s performance
can be tailored for drivers of any age and experience.
High-frequency transistors and advanced circuit design
deliver incredibly smooth and refined throttle control. With
the VXL-3s you have the flexibility to use conventional
brushed motors, brushless motors, and sensored brushless
motors. The VXL-3s auto detects the motor type for you.
High-current capacity (320 amps peak) and two-stage thermal
protection frees you from motor limits.

motor is designed for brutal mod-motor power with virtually

integrated cooling fan pulls cool air through the motor to keep
temperatures down. Airflow is routed through cooling passages molded
into the motor plate. A cooler running motor equates to faster
speeds, longer runtime, and extended motor life.
